Shipping and Return Policy

All orders ship within 3 days of the order being placed.  We will notify you once the order has shipped with tracking information, so you can track your package through delivery. 

Taylor's Expressions, we aim to please! We hope you love your purchase, but if not happy with your purchase, feel free to send it back within 15 days! Items are eligible for return if the garment is unworn, un-washed, and unaltered with any original tags still attached. SALE/CLEARANCE, pre-order, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE ONLY. 

According to tracking information, to receive a full refund for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside of this window will be received for store credit only. Anything returned with a postmark after 15 days cannot be refunded.

Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at taylorsexpressionsllc@gmail.com.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items, they will be processed within 7 business days, at which time you will be issued a refund or store credit for the item and any applicable taxes. We will email you once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
