Items are eligible for return if the garment is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered with any original tags still attached. SALE/CLEARANCE items, pre-order items, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE ONLY.
To receive a full refund for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 10 days of delivery date according to tracking info. Items that are returned outside of this window will be received for store credit only. Anything returned after 30 days cannot be refunded.
Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 7-10 business days at which time you will be issued a refund or store credit for the item and any applicable taxes. We will email you once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
